1. Order Cancellation
Before Shipping:
- Orders can be canceled before they are shipped. Contact our customer support team for assistance.
- A full refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days of cancellation.
After Shipping:
- Once an order has been shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.
- You may initiate a return after receiving the product if needed (refer to the Return Process).
2. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, clothing items must be:
- Condition: Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
- Timeframe: Returned within 14 days from the delivery date.
Items that do not meet these conditions, show signs of wear, or have been altered in any way will not be eligible for a return.
3. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and customization reasons, the following items are not eligible for return:
- Undergarments, swimwear, and similar intimate items
- Personalized or custom-made apparel
- Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable"
- Apparel that has been worn, washed, or damaged after delivery
4. Delivery Policy
- Timeframe: Orders are typically delivered within 7 to 15 working days from the date of order confirmation.
- Tracking: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor its progress.
- Exceptions: Delivery times may vary depending on your location, product availability, or unforeseen delays.
5. Return Process

- Shipping the Return: Securely package the item and ship it back to us at the return address provided by our support team.
- Return Shipping Cost: You are responsible for the return shipping cost unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect item sent).
